You retain ownership of the memes and content you create and post. However, by posting publicly, you grant Bonkgram a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

7. Token Rewards

Points and rewards (including $BG or $USDC) are distributed based on user engagement and platform rules. Bonkgram reserves the right to modify or revoke reward systems without prior notice.

8. No Financial Advice

Bonkgram does not offer investment advice. Tokens used or rewarded on the platform have no guaranteed value. Users participate at their own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bonkgram is provided as is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost funds, corrupted content, or exposure to offensive material.
